It means that we apply a Quality System, called Module E, issued and periodically verified by a European Notified Body, through which we ensure that pyrotechnic items meet the safety requirements established by the relevant EU Directive.
1

DESIGNING THE PRODUCT
We work as a team with the manufacturer who physically produces the item.
2

PROTOTYPE CREATION
Prototypes are made for conformity testing (these are representative samples of the planned production).
3

CONFORMITY VERIFICATION
Prototypes are checked by a European Notified Body, which issues the Module B certificate (EU type examination) with the corresponding Registration Number.
4

PRODUCTION OF A LOT
A batch of the product is manufactured.
5

LOT TESTING
An accredited laboratory, recognized by a European Notified Body, tests the batch to verify compliance with essential safety requirements.
6

EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
When the batch passes the tests, we issue the EU Declaration of Conformity.
7

CE MARKING
Only after issuing the EU Declaration of Conformity is it possible to place the CE marking on the product.
